OUR StAFF
DEDICATED CHRISTIAN STAFF
We are blessed with a highly trained and dedicated Christian staff. Our training begins with online courses before our staff arrive for their in-person staff training week. Each staff member is not only trained for their role, but all staff are certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED. Each staff member also undergoes a fingerprinted background check and training in child abuse identification.

At Mt. Aetna Camp, our staff come from colleges across the U.S. and high schools from within the territory of the Columbia Union of Seventh-day Adventists. Each cabin counselor is at least 18 years of age. Staff that are 16-17 years of age serve in supporting roles at the camp.

At F.L.A.G Camp, our staff come from colleges across the U.S. In 2026 we shifted to a new model where all new F.L.A.G. Camp staff hires will be at least 18 years of age (some returning staff may still be under 18).
